Everytime i try and edit/open this map, Tunerpro crashes.

I am trying to convert an M box bin to run on a Bosch MAF.  I have a C box bin where the address of MLHFM is 010FDC.  It is a 512x1 map.  The C box contains the correct MAF calibration.  As it is a 512 map, I have copied the first 512 addresses from my C box bin and pasted into my M box bin in WinOLS.  I can't sanity check it though as TunerPro crashes.

I have attached the .bin, can someone have a look and see if I have what looks like a proper calibration and not just garbage please?  Also attached is the C box bin for reference - address of MLHFM is 010FDC.

The issue is that the calibration is too long (512 data points). You can break it into two pieces for tuner pro to work.

Good idea!

Ignore the previous M box upload, it is wrong as i was using 8 bit, should be 16 bit.  New one attached.

Hmm, seems something isn't right.  In Tunerpro the C box/Bosch Maf function is as follows, doesn't look right to me.  Anyone have a Bosch std calibration?

Turboskipper, yours was originally an A box/Bosch - what does your calibration look like?

Ok,

the above transfer function IS valid.  There is another factor, the maf offset which needs to be set to 200 in order for the function to be valid.  This can also be used to move the entire curve up/down to tune.  Also, the maf correction table is different on the Bosch sensor.  None of the files so far in this thread have the offset or maf correction table set, but do have the correct Bosch voltage transfer function.

Breaks everything!

I fixed this by changing the definition to 1 column, 512 rows.  That's what the author of TunerPro recommended.
