hello,
engine 2.0 Turbo
Bigger throttle body 57mm(stock) to 65mm instaled. from 2.8-3.0 audi .
idle OK, driving OK.
but maybe need some remap to adjust this bigger TB ?
any advices ?

theres a map for airflow over throttle plate you may want to look into Smiley

RLVMXN  ? or maybe KFWDKMSN ?
btw i use ebc. so ECU dont control boost. i want to open more throttle like"mechanical" to achieve more power. turbo is GT3582R.so flow is pretty big...

The biggest I putted was R32 ( around 70mm ) with controller from 1.8T , older controller . Some maps need to be touched , RaraK pointed you Wink

Hi,

a friend of me bought a gtx30 package with s3 tuned ecu, rs4 maf, deka's and so on.
He has a custom manifold and will run RS4 throttle body.

As i am really new to this  Roll Eyes will there be damage if the maps for throttlebody arent changed immediately?

There will most likely be damage and/or poor running due to running a tune that was not meant for the car.
Just because you have a few bits and pieces from the donor does not mean that you should just copy paste the tune (or in this case ECU).

Get it custom mapped to suit the car.
Much bigger issues will be not due to throttle body, but due to most likely changed compression ratio, different intake and exhaust configuration and probably variating fuel pressure.

But besides all the mentioned things the throttlebody itself will not make such a huge difference, right?

What do you want me to tell you?
I told you it is a bad idea to run that car with that ECU - this is my opinion, as I said throttle body is the least of your worries...
