There is one posted on chiptuners.org and it says that it is a Seat, not an A3.

My question is can i use this ECU 06A 906 032JF to work. I have already transfered my eeprom to the new ecu.
The original ECU model was a 06A 906 032HK

Read the flash on the old ECU and write it into the new one.
And you will know...

It is likely it will work just fine.

What do you mean it does not take the original file?
You can not flash it for some reason or it is not working with this file?

the eeprom loads perfectly its just the eprom does not load it goes to 50% and fails

im loading my 06A906032HK on to the 06A906032JF eprom
so my question is will it work out or am i doing something wrong.

I have got the ecu to boot mode to flash the eeprom
It's just the eprom that will not flash to the ecu

What are you using to flash?
Are you sure that both ECU's have the same flash chip?

Flash with galletto or MPPS in boot mode. Set your power supply to 11-12V, don't go higher than that.
If that does not help and it's stuck writing (which there is no reason to), then desolder the chip and flash it in a programmer.

In order to program it you have to desolder it first.
You can order GQ-4X Willem to flash the eeprom and you need to solder it back to the ecu pcb.

This will work* but in case something goes wrong you ll stay without ecu and nor running car.

*ill work in case that ECU have same HW (flash sizes, cpu, I/O registers).
