Im stage 3, was hitting 24 psi before front o2 sensors fail'd, then when i installed both front new o2 senors i peak at 13-14 psi WOT with lots of misfires.. if i hold boost.

Im not to sure what im looking for but as you can see i pull up these logs and codes from vag com. yes i have deleted them many times and they come right back on after 5 min of driving. What else should i log and is there a chart i can compare numbers.

Both lambda sensors gives DTCs.
Can you clear those DTCs? After clearing these they appear again?

stupid question but..

did you swap the correct sensors?  both black plugs... not the green plug/brown plug

and what sensors did you replace with OEM or universal wire-in type..

also we cant be left to assume things... did both o2s go at the same time?  if so i doubt its the actual sensors...  what stage 3 are you. what tune.. etc..

give us info.

I replaced with the bosch OE smartlink kit
i dont know if your seen these but the smartlink kit is only the o2 sensor part with pigtails so i had to cut the original o2 sensor, use the old connector, splice the new o2 senor with the old connector.
sorry if this was confusing
heres a link:
http://www.boschautoparts.com/BAP_Te...allGDWEB09.pdf

Yes i did both at the same time because my vag brought up both front priamry o2 sensor codes. did both the black ones
but im sure my wiring was correct, all the wires matched up by color, conected them correctly now this.
im stage 3+ i think..k04's, side mounts, rs4 ypipe, apr bipipe, downpipes, exhaust of course, etc.
034 550cc k04 base tune

need more info let me know thanks

Read the instructions.. I think the universal wire sensors actually have the same colors but wire up different..

You should not have tried this w/o having more of an idea of how your ecu works, what kind of O2 signals it expects, and how to interpret codes and logs.

Also, that URL to the pdf is obviously not right.
