2001 Audi B5S4 Full Stage 3 with 3" downpipes, no cats. ECU chipped by Vast Performance.
The only thing is cats are not ready in Readiness/VAG-COM.
Rear O2 sensors and EGT are "cleared" in ECU. That's what they told me. Weird...
Anyone ? I will pay for that.

Everyone here is going to tell you the same thing. Start over with the tune. Not sure if Vast can be altered, AFAIK the newer tunes were encrypted. When did you get it done?

I guess the first step would be to attempt reading the ecu.

I built Stage 3 in August 2010 and has been reflashed with cleared EGT's and rear O2's on July 2011.
