i'm about to buy either those 530, or 630. Are the 630 worth the extra 100€ for them?

0280158117 (530cc, 6-hole spray, 15deg) ~200€/set
0280158298 (630cc, 16-hole spray, 20deg) ~300€/set

because they are short nozzle injectors I might lean towards the cheaper one with a slightly smaller angle, to prevent wall wetting as much as possible. Anyone have thoughts?

Here are my measured dead times for the 980cc 0 280 158 040 / 0280158040

8V 2,0747
10V 1,4773
12V 1,1360
14V 0,9280
16V 0,7733

Drives very smooth with these values. Better than any numbers i tried before from files or this thread.

Hi, I have 0280158117 550cc with 4bar or about 630cc and after deceleration under low load I still have a little jerk and I am still asking myself the question of TEMIN without really finding any values or calculations.
 At idle te 1.5ms.
temin 0.299 is it too low? Thanks

I went back to the original temin ~0.85, it's hard to say if that's better. I read somewhere here that a good base would be te less the smallest tvub. Or my problem is elsewhere, maybe my closing cards because they were taken from the s3 in file 150...

increase KFBAKL in 10% increments whole table. I increased 26%. My injectors: BOSCH ev14 630cc 0280158123 with long nose, engine AUM.

Rest of my settings at 3 bar:
KRKTE 0.0533
TEMIN(/VA): 0.7776
TVUB 1.5415 1.0241 0.6908 04534 0.3947

Works smooth.

KFBAKL Is an acceleration factor. Enrichment (short and long time part) increase I have the impression that it removes fuel?? Am I wrong?

Can someone tell me which map to change when the car doesnt start on its own?
I always have to touch the accell pedal slightly to give it the last 10% so it will start.
