I swapped out 2 n75's both brand new OEM gonna get maybe a aftermarket race one to see if anything changes the turbo has less than 500 miles

Get a pressure regulator and an external air source and verify the opening pressure. Till then, any speculation is a waste of time.
That, and race valves cause more trouble than they're worth without completely redoing the PIDS.

It's obvious the wastegate is cranked down and not opening. Another case of trying to tune around hardware problems.

It never ceases to amaze me that people don't verify the preload and check for interference before installation. It's so easy to do before assembly, but once the turbo(s) are/is in, it's a real PITA.
(Not directed at you Mickey, just 1,000 other people have done the same thing)

I wouldn't say it's specific to FT's, just these issues constantly pop up after aftermarket turbos are installed without checking wastegate preload or verifying the actuator can move without interference. There are 10 page threads on AZ dealing with the same thing before the people who told the OP to check the goddamn wastegates are vindicated. The moral of this story is NEVER leave something like this to chance. Check,and recheck before attempting to tune anything.

just talked to the previous owner he never checked it due to the turbo coming with a inspection sheet saying 8psi figures lol

Ran a pressure regulator to the wastegate of both of my cars both have f21's (a4 & s4) and the waste gates on both started opening around 15-17 psi should have both set to 10 psi this week been crazy busy at the shop
