I have attached the bin I am running and the logs to go along with it.  I've been trying to dial in the duty cycles, however I'm always either making slightly less then desired (20-21 psi) or making slightly more around 24-25 psi with very slight tweaking of KFLDIMX..  Also I only make like 17 PSI in 1st gear, yet I'm making almost requested boost in 3rd.  I'm looking for some suggestions on what I can tweak to get a solid 22 psi in all gears and not have it creaping up to 24 psi once adaptation occurs over several days..  Also what variable do I log to see fuel injector duty cycle and what else should I be logging to get an idea of how dialed in my fueling is?

Lower requested boost. Too close to the map limit.

Pretty obvious really; if you req max boost, I-limit can only adapt up, never down.

So how can I get 22 psi if I'm lowering the load?  I'm request 228 load at peak..  Also, Looking at my desired vs actual o2 sensor voltage it appears I'm running quite lean.

why do you need 22psi? What's wrong with 21? Smiley

Also, consider reworking LDRXN. Ramping up too fast for my taste.

Lastly, I've never been able to run those levels of boost with that amount of timing. What do your cf's look like? Are you running some sort of super fuel? I run 94 and can't maintain that.

I'm just going to leave this here.

Look familiar? Requesting too much boost. Backed it down a bit, pulled some timing (and mine was less aggressive than yours) and it runs 100% better.

You'll never get the PID stable at 22psi w/o the 5120 hack.

You'll have to run locked wastegate DC, which means your actual boost will vary with conditions.

I'm running 91 octane..  Did you look at my o2 sensor voltage vs requested AFR why is it so lean?

Few things don't make sense to me. You running 550s? KRKTE doesn't look right for 4 bar. How did you calculate injector size? KVB is showing 575, how did you come up with that number? 550s at 4 bar should flow 633ish cc's.

Get a wideband, stat.

O2 voltages don't mean squat.

I don't see timing or fuel injector on time in the log Sad

Yeah I need to add the missing variables I forgot to log.  But with -8 correction factors obviously i'm running too much timing.  I came up with the fueling with Berttos who's running the same setup (4 bar fpr/ev14 injectors) ignore the KVB I haven't even calculated that yet.

This works well for me. 4 bar, 550cc EV14's. Fuel trims are within 2 percent. (Mine are the compare values, yours are the top values. I left my LDRXN in there too.) I'd pull a significant amount of timing until you get fueling right. WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much for my comfort.

My KRKTE is close to yours its .06105,  you're requesting alot less load i'm suprised your hitting 21 psi.. What turbos are you running just borg warners?  Seems your duty cycles are about 10 higher then mine
