I have one, did you brick yours whilst trying to flash it? Or is it fried? I ask as I have one I'm about to use for my emulator, if yours is just bricked because you bad flashes it I'll happily swap it over for you ie exchange it as I don't care it's bricked. Just an option for you. Otherwise send it down and I'll fix for you for a beer! |

hi littco,the ecu is ok just bricked and i cant seem to get it into boot mode to reflash as no comms in normal mode . The car still started with it just ran then cut out every 5 seconds just after a flash (even though it said it was ok) checksums were done in tunerpro and re-checked with me7 checker always before flash. If i send you mine first thing tuesday by DHL so you can have a look and see im happy to get mine fixed or swap . Im going to buy a second hand one for the future just in case ! . I have flashed this unit many times with out issue always having a battery charger on the car while doing so . I am happy to pay for your services and if you could copy the immo dump too from mine . Just pm me your address and it will be with you on wednesday . Thanks you very much . I need the car for work and wifes moaning about me having to use the one i bought for her ! |

this is the only thing stopping me from flashing my car , my wife would kill me if I broke it  , Aaron , let me know if you find anyware local , all the ecu's seem to have jumped in price since they found out about DIY tuning lol  |

And they are pretty cheap especially the HN.. £40 the last ones I picked up.. If you're going flash, always always have a spare in the car with a known working map.. And don't touch it.. |

yup , your right , just found a 8E0906018B for 30 quid ,  but I just spent £400 quid on other stuff , so will wait till next month and buy one  |

Yeah i have just bought two spare a 1ML906032 and a 1ML906032A. One will be left stock ,one immo off and hopefully my current one can be fixed and used as the tester . Just ordered an MPPS cable as my galletto ebay cable i got burned as soon as it was hooked up to obd . Yet my cheap FT232R has been issue free . |

cheers for the offer Aaron , my car is an audi a4 bfb engine , so different from yours , but am in the same country as you so any cheap parts come in handy lol , need to visit the local yard , the last time i took a car in he had 3 a4's in .
