Hi Guys,
I use cable with FTDI chipset and NefMoto Flasher but when I try to read flash from me stock ME7.5 ECU (bench reading) I faced with the bellow error:
05.апр.2013 12:49:24.601: LOG: Failed to send message 3 times, message send failed. 05.апр.2013 12:49:24.611: USER: Disconnecting because no response was received for the Tester Present message.
I used 29F800 memory layout as well.
Could someone advise I can read flash with this cable and the software? If yes, what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks in advance!
Detailed log attached.

Yes, ignition was switched on. I use Galleto now for these actions.

As far as I understood fast init is commercial feature so I used slow. I have Skoda 1U RS.

To work properly you can use voltage 10V.

Doubt that. My voltage dropped to flat 12v and I got an error during flash. Bumped it up a little and reflashed with out an error. Well I never tried at 10v so I wouldn't know.

Battery voltage needs to be maintained @ 12-14 volts while flashing.

When I flashing my ECU on brach I use old battery from UPS with about 11V. And I hadn't any errors only warning about low voltage.
