95% wgdc and underboosting means hardware problem.

n75 not plumbed right maybe.

Adjust kfldimx . If actual isn't meeting requested. It needs to be logged though to ensure you're requesting 20psi

N75 is 95% DC, so does not matter what he is requesting Smiley

If n75 wasn't plumbed right it would either over boost or just run actuator pressure. Fact 2 are doing does point to hardware issue agreed.

What does it run with n75 unplugged ie just actuator pressure? 14psi as per your graph or 10psi preload?

he says it holds 20psi with mbc.. so there has to be a n75 issue.

He also says he replaced the n75 with no change Sad

My money is on a damaged n75/wastegate line.

Well yeah it obviously will melt his engine in the long run, but I don't think anyone on this forum cares about that.
Everyone seems to be obsessed with running more and more boost, injector duty cycle seems a foreign concept.

The stock injectors won't even do what he is running now, they are done at about 1.1 bar @ 5000rpm, after that you have to drop the boost like a stone to 0.7 at 6k if you don't want to run out.

Here's a log from a Stage 2 file bought by someone from a certain member on this forum, that was supposedly made for stock hardware.
This log is from a bone stock K03 2.7TT. Nice isn't it?

this is exactly what i was saying. i had one b6 car that totally ran out of fuel at 17psi. had to back it down a lot. that was stock k03 and he's trying for 20psi on a ft.

Correct, but as I said, no one seems to care about this on this forum.

Turbos surging or the DV opening.. If its surge its dangerous for the turbo and you'll need to cap below the boost surge line. If its the dv then just try another one.
