What makes you have flames when you let off the throttle at high revs? Seen a lot af tuned vag cars recently that lick out flames when they let off

Late fuel cut and ignition? Latence of the air mass at the MAF sensor? I'm not sure.
Some ECM have a after injection for pre cat cooling.

KFZWMN is minimum ignition angle so im thinking along the lines of adjusting it in there and then KFZW to give some ignition retard where the map would be reading on closed throttle run down? am i along the right lines or miles off?

KFNWEGEM  and KFTVSA  could possible add to some flaming action , coupled with Rabbids suggestion makes for some pretty angry over run if your not the fuel efficient type  Grin
