I pulled what I believe is a stage 3 tune out of an m-box ecu that I purchased from ebay.  Not sure who the tuner was, however it made me ponder as the KFMIOP is stock while the KFMIRL is heavily modified, I was curious how this tuner is managing to avoid torque monitoring interventions without touch kfmiop or the axis.

why not do a side by side comparison in winols and see what else has been modified, maybe the tuner has disabled torque monitoring completely.

They haven't disabled torque monitoring, the knock regulation had been numbed out pretty good however.
