TAP (total Audi performance) chip flashing

A guy asked about rear o2 delete on his stg 2 b5 s4 that is tuned by TAP. From what I read the company fell off the map 2009/10. Does anyone know if that chip can be read/wrote with nefmoto software? TIA!

Guarenteed to be a soldered chip.
Chances are you will be able to read, but not write.
