What is the model of your car? 130psi is the spec wear limit for the 2.7t, unless you have compression lowering head gaskets those values are rather low.

How did you get this value ?
engine hot or cold ?
now you should add some oil in each cylinder and have a look if there any difference.

Found out the person doing the test didnt remove all the spark plugs a healthy motor should be around 160

have a look if you have some external oil leak.
Also start your engin and put your finger at the top of the tube where you check the oil level.
if you have some air pressure, this is not a good sign.
When an engin is losing is compression, the pressure on the top of the piston will go under it, this is killing step by step the gasket and different oil leakage are apparing.
if you add some oil inside the compression chamber and redo the compression test, the oil will help to seal and if the compression rise, then you have the answer to your question.
When you make the test also you need to defind if the leakage is coming from worn valves seats or piston rings. this could have closes effect with the compression gauge.
