Answer the question why VAG installed that big injectors in an engine with a cyl of 55hp? The answer is the solution for calibrating the RS4s

I am working now in KFWBHO1SLE map , the car improved a lot and the black smoke disappears, but I'm beginning to think that these injectors are not correct for this engine , I'm on the right direction?.
thanks

Of course they're not right for the engine. The rs4 spray pattern is completely wrong.

So you can get a smooth warmup idle on rs4s with no soot?
Not doubting you, but it seems like you'd be flooded with work if that were the case.

Its not exactly hard if you understand the ECU, how ever it is impossible to do by just changing maps.

Yes, and yes i am flooded with work there are a handful of tuners that have these mapped correctly, i guess you are from the states and are stuck with only a few tuners that may not quite have it totally refined yet.

You need more than 10maps to calibrate them correctly. No black smoke, no cold start issues! If you know the MED9 logic and the DI model and if you have read the blue Bosch book about DI engines then you are ready to calibrate them correctly.
It is not always right to try finding maps but you miss the theory!
cheers, Fotis
