Looks like the intake flap changeover points are where the hole is.

I'm kinda unclear how you can force an NA car to see 100% load...

I'm sorry Nye, are you saying you think that hole is normal? I agree 100 percent is unreasonable to expect, but 75 seems low, especially considering....
well, look at it.

Can't say. Don't know anything about that motor, or tuning it :/
I can say (from logging other MAF based NA cars) that 80% load isn't uncommon, especially at altitude or hot weather.

I think this is a hardware problem. How does the car run? I know very little about these logs, I use vag com (I know it sucks) but its what I'm used to. I have seen some very intresting problems with this motor. Can you tell me more about the car and what mods it has.

My first guess would be a post MAF intake leak.
Is the car running lean?

Car feels real healthy no signs of running lean or rich.
Intake flap maps kfsu and kfsu2 were 00'd for this run. Am I right in assuming kfsu is for VVT inactive, and kfsu2 is for VVT active? The tables contain 1s and 2s, is 1 the flaps opening, whereas 2 is completely open?

I'm thinking that looks better, My guess from the first logs was going to be cam timing, I've seen many different reasons for these motors to not be timed correctly, I wish both intake and ex cams had position sensors

Seems that by tuning the intake flap changeover that could be smoothed a bit. Anyone ever done this?
