Most ME7.5 eeproms are the same, just make sure to reset adaptations and softcoding after flashing. The revo eeprom will work without an issue.

Yes even just attempting to read w/ NEFMOTO flasher will kill the REVO program (as said it changes the signature of the eeprom).  Had that happen to me as well on a friends car.

The protocol nefmoto flasher uses requires a 5 digit signature from the tool doing the programming to be recorded in the eeprom to exit the session. Some tuning files don't like that.

I'm hoping we can figure out the difference between his 95040 and good one I took off a revo working car.
I think with some help it can be done.

I understand , I just didnt expect that by just connecting and attempting to read (with no success) ,Nefmoto leaves any traces.
Just in case , I am just wondering , If I  didnt hit disconnect and I just closed it -I am pretty sure I didnt ,but just saying -,what could have happened ? I am trying to remember my steps exactly

Maybe you can compare the contents to a few others and see if those areas are all standard across, and remove the nefmoto tag?

Might be useless but I did the same with my Revo tune.

Used nefmoto to see and 'read' the ecu which put it in to valet mode.  Only a revo dealer could clear it with their current software.  SPS can do a little (as you have mentioned) but won't have full tune until the revo dealer takes it out of this mode.

Well yes and no, the adjustments and settings that are done by the revo dealer make changes to the eeprom. we are hoping we can find those changes and
change them back.

Sorry to bump an old thread but... XVI32? Tiger, did you ever figure out the differences?
