Did you change to a wide band MAF? If not thats the problem.

no..the maf is 06a 906 461C...but i copied the (MLHFM) Linearization of MAF voltage and the (KFKHFM) Maf sensor correction by load and RPM from my 8n0906018A to 06a906032HN ecu...

I can't explain why the trims go bad with the maf unplugged. But the wide band cars use a different maf than narrowband. I've ran into this with TT. Do a little research about with maf you need. IF the part # on the sensor itself bosch# not vw ends in 040 its narrow band 049 is wide band. Try a windband maf and let it adpt.

also..block 033 (pre-cat o2 sensor) ...only fluctuates for 3-4 sec after i reset the trims...it goes -1.6 1 ...and after a few seconds it goes between 18% - 22% and stays there....maybe it's something related to this?!

Are you 1000000% sure that the car is ok hardware-wise?

Are you 10000% positive that there are no boost/vacuum leaks on the car? that the MAF is recent for instance?
