To get rid of CEL, if you have no other issues, just rise the RLSALULL to something above the normal idle load...

so raising the RLSALULL from 15.750 to like 22.500 will stop misfire detection at idle?

this depends *entirely* on the root cause of the misfire which you absolutely should diagnose instead of coding it out.
