Confirmed cables to work with nefmoto

Does anyone have a link to a cable that they know 100 fully works? Every time I search I either get dead pages or an eBay store with 30 different options. I have a 2000 Audi a4 1.8t with me7.1 I'm pretty sure. I have an amazon prime account as well so amazon is preferred. I have bought a cable before but had to return it. I installed the correct ftdi drivers and everything

You have a narrowband ME7.5 ecu given your year. MPPS is your best bet, but also an FT232RL or BL cable for logging.

I thought that the 7.5 was only wideband? And 7.1 was narrow?
