Had a customer at the weekend literally open the car door notice the ignition was on so decided to turn it off during a write... thankfully Kess recovered it from a part write but still a moment of shock when realizing what they'd just done.

Happened to me several times...

In one ocasion customer decided to fix something in the hood whiel he was waiting and unplugued battery... boot time !!!

Man, I knocked the power loose on mine today. Luckily it was just the cable side. I could reconnect and roll out!
