the abox xdf. i found shows only 256 points on the bosch maf. is this correct, or is half of the map being cut off?
the hitatchi has 512.
i will try looking at the memory location in hex and see if i can tell... i don't really know what i'm doing in in hex though.

Hi Guys,
I'm new to this and have read a lot of these pages but something about the Bosch vs Hitachi MAF doesn't quite make sense to me - there are a number of gaps in my understanding of this. I have a T-box that I want to hook up with an RS4 (Bosch) MAF. Assuming I can flash the M-box bin onto the T-box (can be done right?), what else would I need to do to make the RS4 MAF (83mm I believe?) to work?
Thanks

twiki, you will want to pull the maps of an rs4 ecu, or pull them from a c or a box then correct for larger maf diameter.
mlhfm- linearization of maf voltage
kfkhfm- maf correction table
and scalar mlofs set to 200 for a bosch maf on mbox.
