Seller is in the us, never had any problems with the cables. I've used them for galleto, vcds, and me7logger.

Ordered this one..  https://www.ebay.com/itm/273510964654  .. came in today.. just finished reading the flash on the 20th AE 06A90632PL... works perfectly with Win 10 and the drivers from http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/D2XX.htm .. now the hard part of  figuring out a good xdf for my bin.. stoked the cable worked flawlessly though!!!
