Hi,
Who can help me with the start address of the readiness table in this file (Audi TT)? I tried to correlate with M-Box file, but it just do not seem to line up.
I'm trying to pass readiness without SAI.

Thanks a lot. Are you sure about MSLUB? I was looking for an 8x1, 16 bit map, but on 182CF, by the looks of it, it seem to be 8-bit  Tongue

What are the factors then? 0,001563 and 0,000391 (X) would be true for 16 bit maps.

I use UBSLMX(N,MN) for disable SAI. Its pretty easy to find, though its 1x1. Have disabled it on 2.4, 3.0, 2.7t, 1.8t without any problem.

Yes, UBSLMX and ESCONF would to the trick.
In my damos UBSLMX it is right after MSLUB.

I zeroed 8 bytes starting from 182CF but still get "Secondary air system monitoring:  Failed or Incomplete"  Undecided

You can check the file on your own risk  Smiley But everything should be ok. I've changed CWKONABG to 1, if you dont have cat, change it to 0.

Thanks terminator.  still get : "Secondary air system monitoring: Not installed." though. (Same with your file as with my latest test with CWKONABG and CDSLS cleared)

I was hoping for an "Installed / Passed" Huh  There is something fishy here...

Really fishy, cause everything should be ok with my file.

Hmmm... I'm running it on the bench, but with SAI relay "emulated" by an resistor on pin 66. When I come to think of it, it could be out of spec values from other inputs interfering.

But, I'd still expect a Pass or Failed, rather than "not installed". DTCs below:

17952 - Angle Sensor 1 for Throttle Actuator (G187)
            P1544 - 35-00 - Signal too Large
17580 - Angle Sensor 2 for Throttle Actuator (G188) Signal too Low
            P1172 - 35-00 -
16497 - Intake Air Temp. Sensor (G42)
            P0113 - 35-00 - Signal too High
16622 - Manifold Pressure / Boost Sensor (G31)
            P0238 - 35-00 - Signal too High
16502 - Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor (G62)
            P0118 - 35-00 - Signal too High

CDSLS+CWKONABG=Not insalled

MSLUB=Passed, but only after the requisite amount of time. The tests with VCDS will just abort.

I'm not sure its problem with SAI.
Why do you need that emulation? I've never disabled SAI on TT, but I have done a lot of 1.8t 29f800 without any problem.

@terminator : I have not changed ESKONF, thus the ECU expects J299/N112 to be connected.
@ddillenger : Ok, that explains it. Can you confirm the MSLUB is and eight bit map? Or is it 4x1 , 16 bit on that location?

I've never changed ESKONF and everything works fine. Pretty sure your problem is not SAI.
