Ecu data is :
Ecu Hardware : 0261207345
ECU Software : 1037363610
vehicle manufacturer ecu # : 022906032BM

It still throws p0139 and p0140 after driving it around. I've not been able to find CWDLSAHK to 00'd out. With Ddillenger assistance he showed me CDKAT, CDHSH, & CDHSHE.
CDKAT, CDHSH & CDHSHE has been 00'd out. I would like to have the rear o2 fully disabled so my sister's car can finally pass inspection.

I've mapped out many map structures in this ecu that I could find. I will attach her ecu along with the OLS of what I have mapped out so far. What else would need to be 00'd out so those codes don't pop up anymore.

What codes? CDKAT is only for catalyst efficiency (P0420), CDHSH/E are only for rear heater codes.

You need CWKONLS and CDLSH at minimum. Preferably the rest of the items in the s4 wiki as well.

Okay I've 00'd out
CDKAT, CDHSH, CDHSHE, CDLATV, CDLASH, CDLSH, & CDLSHV.
CWKONLS I've set to 17.

The only one I cannot find is CWDLSAHK (using  VAG V6 3.2 ME7.1.1 29F800.ols as comparison) since I cannot find a noticeable pattern to the data surrounding CWDLSAHK in that ols to line it up with my sister ecu bin data.

What was CWKONLS to begin with? Was it 51, or was it 3?

If it was 51, 17 is correct. If it was 3, you need to change it to 1.

If it was 51, 17 is correct. If it was 3, you need to change it to 1.

Is CWKONLS 181BF or 181BE? When I lined up the map structures to get CDKAT at 181A4, CDHSH at 181A0, CDHSHE to be 181A1, it made CWKONLS 181BF which had a stock value of 1, and 181BE which based on lining up the map structures, is CWKONFZ1 with a value of 3. I did not know that it had to either have a value of 51 or 3 stock, and now I'm a bit confused to where the right location is for CWKONLS.

If you have 4 installed 02 sensors CWKONLS = 51 DECIMAL, or 33 hex.

If you have 2 installed 02 sensors, CWKONLS= 3, or 03 hex.

00110011

NA/NA    B2R/B2F    NA/NA    B1R/B1F
00               11            00         11

00000001=Just Bank1 front (4cyl)------>CWKONLS=1 no rear
00010001=Bank 1 and 2 front (v6/v8)--->CWKONLS=17 no rear

CWKONLS will always be either 03 or 33 (in vehicles with rear o2 sensors).

In your file, 181BE is CWKONLS. It's always located shortly after CWKONABG (because codewords are arranged alphabetically), and CWKONABG is easy to find because it usually has a hex value of 05 (if the vehicle has SAI).

So, if you have CDLSH (my GUESS is 181AC) correct, and set CWKONLS=1, you're on your way.

To summarize:

CDKAT 181A4
CDHSH 181A0
CDHSHE 181A1
CDLASH 181A6
CDLSH 181AC
CWKONLS 181BE

Then you still need CLRSHK (not CLRHK as you should have a wideband primary o2), and cwdlsahk. If you want to unplug the rear o2's, ESKONF will be required.

CLRSHK does not get set to 5 or 73, but rather increment it by 1. Should have a decimal value of 16, change it to 17.

I'm not sure if my sister 24v vr6 has secondary air injection... I'm a huge novice when it comes to volkswagens as I have never dedicated enough time to what they have and how they work per say. OKay, CWKONLS on the r32 bin has 33 hex but when lined up with my sister vr6 ecu bin, it naturally had a value of 1 hex. CWKONABG in the r32 bin has a hex value of 5 but in my sister vr6 it has a value of 00. CDHSH, CDHSHE, CDKAT and a few others line up perfectly when at -2 offset, but from what you have just told me CWKONABG value should be hex value of 5, at -1 offset it throws off CDHSH, CDHSHE, CDKAT but lines up CWKONABG, CWKONLS (r32 value of 33 hex to my sister value of hex 3)...

The top of the pic lines up the beginning readiness at -2 offset but at -1 offset it lines up the bottom 1/2. Sorry for all the questions, I'm doing my best to learn about volkswagens.

Ah gotcha Ddillenger, I had a little brain fart overthinking the situation. I assumed if I lined up the beginning of the readiness, they would all follow suite. mid way through they needed +1 offset to keep them lined up, they all fell into place after that. I will continue searching for CLRSHK and CWDLSAHK. CLRSHK I can find but CWDLSAHK has been giving me a lot of trouble trying to locate.

I adjusted everything from the WIKI minus CLRSHK and CWDLSAHK since I could not find them and the car has passed emissions along with no fault codes.

CLRSHK is for post cat lambda control. With bad cats and CLRSHK unmodified you may get codes related to lambda correction limit reached. It has nothing to do with the readiness Smiley

Ah I see, it always gave heater wire codes for the post cat o2. Ddillenger, thank you for your help and your guidance to get the car to pass emissions. I hit some roadblocks and you took the time to help me, which I'm grateful for. Smiley
