I see that the motronic suite listed here , seems to work in some sort of way with the me7. I loaded in a .bin file and an XDF and it displayed some of the maps.. It does say though when loading the file that it's ..Experimental and then throws an error, but if you continue it seems to work.

Has anyone tried this or tested it further, Can it be used as an alternate. It seems to have a Realtime tag on it as well..

I don't get it. If you are going to abandonware your binary only crap, why not release he source?

well I did wonder if they had as Ive seen a similar looking format on gonzo tuning threads.

Please don't judge without really knowing the circumstances.
Dilemma (the guy behind this prog and a lot of others) has given an extreme amount of work to producing some very good tuning tools for a certain swedish car brand.
Most of his stuff includes the sources. (in c#)

It is not fair to nitpick, only because he didn't publish the source for one of his minor side projects.

i highly recommend NOT to use that software with me7, as it is like pre-alpha for me7, it was never finished

i can say dilemma's work on saab and motronic 4.3 / 4.4 has been excellent!

The c# source is normally with his stuff, but yeah, unfinished and is poor for ME4.3 as well.

It was designed for Volvo ME7 MY2000 era.

The source code is available. It installs in the same directory as the program.
