Hi to all i am new here but i have some years tuning cars..I have an unsolved problem with a seat leon 1.8t forged engine with:
Je pistons
Zrp rods
Last stage camshafts
Aem fuel pump
Garrett 2871
1000cc injectors
Integrated crankshaft pulley
Last stage clutch kit Rtmg performance
And the most stiff engine mounts i ve seen (stock mounts but filled with silicon glue )
The problem is that when the car is in idle situation (1000 rpm) i see that knock sensors hear something and car has high cfs(5,6 degrees at channel 20 vcds) and when cruising and apply load i have again the same thing but when i keep steady rpms with foot on gas i have no cfs..
I want your help i have change all these:
Engine loom
Knock sensors
Ecu
Fuel pump
So sorry for my bad English but i want desperately your help with this big problem
