Hey everybody, I'm new to this forum, and tuning in general. I built a big turbo 1.8t late 2012 and did some basic mafless KRKTE and TVUB tuning on some Siemens 630cc injectors (I'm using Maestro).
I recently switched to a set of Genesis II 1000cc and a V8 maf sensor/housing, and I'm looking to really nail my fueling before getting into any timing/boost tuning.

I'm currently trying to get a nice smooth and steady idle. I have disabled fuel trims by unplugging my Evap solenoid. With my base file, engine load at idle was hovering around 35, and 40+ on cold starts. I left KRKTE and TVUB at the calculated values, and set all my MAF correction (KLKHFM?), Injection Correction, and Main fuel correction (KFLF) table values to 1.0001. I logged a few drives and applied corrections to my KLAF map and load is now around 18-25 at idle. O2 Corrections have switched from negative to positive at idle, and are within +/-5% in most other driving conditions, with a couple areas that see has high as 15% correction.

I have tried using Injection correction to solve O2 corrections at idle to no avail, and I have noticed that TVUB is slightly off, as my idle corrections increase with headlights, defrost, stereo turned off.

I'm experiencing an idle bounce, similar to when I was using my horrible 630cc injectors, where timing is all over the place, and Tps values vary from 1.95 to 3.73. This results in a "woo woo woo" noise as the throttle opens and closes. I'm not really sure how to remedy this, and am open to suggestions from the community.

Also, have I gone about my tuning process correct, and if not, how should I change my approach? Thanks in advance for any help!

I tune with Maestro Undecided.  Hope to make the jump soon to something a little less restrictive.

Anyways, you've got most of the process correct.  Ideally, drive around for a few days with the Main Fuel Correction and injection correction all set to 1.0001, then review your block 32 values and adjust your injector constant (KRKTE) and battery voltage compensation (TVUB) to bring them really close to 0

If setup correctly, you should not have to make adjustments to either the main fuel correction or the injection correction map around idle.

If you hit a brick wall, let me know I will give you hand.

Well that's the thing, I got my KLAF squared away, and my trims are 1.9% and -0.8% after a day of driving. I still get the surging idle though. I've tried playing with MAF corrections, main fuel, injector correction, and timing at idle load/RPM and I'm not sure what else to do

What idel rpm are u running at?
Poor idle can also come from fuel droplets wrong spray pattern with spray hitting the bottom of the runners.    Took me weeks to fine tune a set of 1000cc ID at 4bar that was using an emulator.

I've heard really great things about these injectors so I'm stumped as to why I'm having so much trouble

This is with an AWP engine running an AMU intake manifold, stock TB, and a V8 maf into a 3" intake

Attempting for a 1000rpm idle, here's what things look like in my log:
RPM @1000ish
Load stays around 28%. Varies +/-5%
MAF is reading ~18kg/hr
TPS varies, usually around 2.34%, but drops to 1.95 and then blips up to 3.5 or 4%
Timing at idle is unstable, hovering around 6, but jumping up to 20 and dropping to 0 frequently
O2 corrections stay around 5%, sometimes they stay 5% positive, other times they stay 5% negative. Either can happen on the same flash, and on the same drive
