So, I'm having some issues here when I try to flash my ECU with this file. I use TunerPro to correct the checksums since I paid for the plugin, I just want to make sure these are correct.

Also, could someone explain what ''Memory layout'' I need to pick when flashing my ECU?

It's a 2001.5 S4, M box.

Memory layout 29F800BB.

Even if the file is garbage, that will not affect the flash programming process.

If the flashing process is interrupted part way through, even if you have a good file, it can cause the ECU to not boot.
