My girlfriends 05 B6 A4 has had issues starting fuel pump issues crank, sensor issues, and a few other...After checking over with a volt / ohm meter I found that there was intermittent voltage... Traced it to the ecu...Opened it up to find water and corrosion on the board... The ecu in the car is a 8E0909518BC I found a 8E0909518AF from a guy on a local fourm... I dont have it in front of me so i cant compare the hardware... Does anyone know if the ecu's are interchangeable?...
Thanks,
Marty

518AF/AK/BC will all crossflash.

AF is 5 speed/tip software whereas AK/BC are 6 speed/tip software.

Don't use 518F, it has a different clock speed and will brick with any non-2002 software.
