I have lots of EU3 ME7.1.1 files, just no ME7.1
The last things I need to deal with here are:

Other than that, everything is great.
In the EU, the MIL was mandatory with the introduction of EOBD in 2001. EOBD monitoring shared a lot in common with US OBD2 standards such as monitoring cat efficiency or any other control parameters that cause untoward taipipe emissions delta on the NEDC cycle.
