Don't edit the csv's at all. Just do a single 3rd gear log, and graph it. Should be around 200-500kb in size when logging the typical variables.

If you are familiar with regedit you can try to clear all the prefs and start from scratch.

Does it hang when you start it up, or just when you load a file?

just when loading the file. Yes I am familiar with regedit
