Hello,

i´m from germany and i have a problem Sad

I have a USP Motorsport Air Intake and a custom exhaust. Now i would like tune my A6 up to 400-430hp on the crank.

My tuner say´s, my ECU can´t flashed with a new software and i can do nothing to change this!

CMDFlash say`s, ECU`s with SOP8 chip can´t flash, i have the SOP8 chip  -.-

The car is a Audi A6 C6 3.0T ModelYear 2010 Quattro TipTronic. The ECU is a Simos 8.3 (more details see the attachment).

Can i change the ECU to other? Or where can flash my ecu? APR?

Where are you in germany ? I may have a solution but I don't have time to implement it.

If you are in a hurry, go APR or REVO. Maybe OCT can do it also.

Buy a byteshooter (official, including 4.xx update AND SIMOS module) and then you'll be able to &^%"£ around with your ECU as much as you please.

Sorry, it seems I had misread your post. My advice is actually: go to a tuner who doesn't use shitty spaghetti tools and you'll be all set.

x17 lists 8.3 but doesnt mention anything about sop8 or sop14.

Byteshooter 4.x can DEFINITELY and 100% do these
