Hi i have a question regarding editing the Hex code in the eeprom for immo off.

Will it be the same as doing an ME3.8.3 where i change the hex and ensure the checksums add up?

i did read it, as im using the soldering method i took the 950403 eeprom off and tried to read it but it wouldnt read? any ideas?

i can read the 24c02 chip perfectly out of an me3.8.3 but when i can to read the 950403 out of the me7.5 it just wouldnt read!

couldnt understand why.

Did you try reading it with a KKL lead and argdub's tool? I've not tried a TT ECU but that worked perfectly with a AUQ and AEB ecu.
