Ok, I'm getting fuel dump from some where, but it's NOT reflected in desired AFR.

Right after a gear shift during a run or suddenly going WOT both in the upper RPM (>4500), desired looks fine (mid 12's) but actual pegs lower limit of 11.025 for a sec then comes back up and stabilizes.

During this fuel dump, the car feels like it boggs down.  I've ruled out ESUK - rkukg_w and rka_w.

I'll post logs later.
Thanks in advance.

How did you rule out ESUK?

It sounds like it's related to load transitions.

Too small dump valve possibly causing reverse flow through MAF.
