Vag K+ commander, vag eeprom programmer, argdubs me7_95040 tool + my 95040tool. Pick one  Vagcom wont do it. Read eeprom with argdubs tool, parse with my tool. Or use one of the other and it just tells you the skc. |

(Sorry you can download that link for proof, and your lucky to get that) haha Yours looks sooo good I could eat it, surprisingly yours has links, mine (once you download it haha) obviously does not. Oh, its not all.....
I'll login several times for the one session and, mysteriously if you tap login twice a download of vag eeprom programmer appears, I have 3 so far. Spookily I've been looking for skc for my vag......to use me7 on eeprom.
I've put it down to wireless broadband connectivity.

Are you going to use it on your t4? That is too old for nef.
No idea what your prob is with downloads, I log in and see them fine, using chrome on win7 or osx mavericks.
