You'll have to flash over it.

If your .ori is 512K you'll have double it up, or modify the Mbox code for the bosch MAF.

You're good to go. D is not a 512k ecu, it can be flashed with any 1M ME7.1 file.

So you are saying my ECU is a 1024k as is the M-box ECU the OP is selling here?
Is there anything else I need to be aware of other than merely duplicating my software onto this ECU?

I need an M or a T.  Just swapped to a 6MT trans, and have an APR TIP box.  Runs fine, but I am having trouble recoding the ABS module. I figured I might as well start trying to do  some of this on my own and want an ECU to mess around with.

You can go on ebay and grab an A6 APB ecu and flash the file you need as well.
