Because my 1.8T is off the road for a few days having some work done I thought I would turn my attentions to my Seat Altea 2.0TDi BKD DSG.
Even though it came with a commercial tune and I have another commercial tune on my spare ECU I like to do things myself.
I have compared both tunes and they are quite different.

I have a few of questions:

What is the torque limit of the DSG? 350/360Nm? and is that wheel of fly?

I noticed the standard maps torque limiter is set to 360Nm but puts out 320Nm standard.
So should request be around 13% above target?
But Drivers wish is 410nm which is around another 13%.

Drivers Wish is it R,1,2,3,4,5,6 or 1,2,3,4,5,6,R

From what I’ve read I should be looking for 70mg, 16.4 AFR and 1.4Bar dropping to 0.9Bar for stage 1.

Should the axis be scaled for the increase in Mg and Nm request on the Torque to IQ,
Boost Map etc?

Is there a pedal map?

Sorry for all the questions.

I have attached the standard file and .kp I'm using.

These are pretty easy to be done. Be careful with boost 3700-4500 rpm they can't hold much pressure on long run's. Most important of all rescale duration maps to let's say 75mg then ask for 70mg.
