Hello,
Hoping someone can help me? I need a stock bin file for the engine ecu on my Allroad 2.5tdi BAU engine code, Manual trans. 2005.

How do I use the software to flash my ecu? I do have a genuine Ross tech lead,

You Need a Flash Tool, not a Diagnose Tool
With your Diagnose Tool - you can not Flash a ECU

Manfred is right. VAS ,can also flash ori files but Rosstech VCDS can`t ..

Hi guys thanks for your advise, what type of lead do I need to buy? is it available from Ebay?
I'm hoping this will work otherwise I'll have to buy a new ecu- been quoted £1100.10

This soft is from BAU with manual transmission ? BAU engine works only with automatic ...
I understand that this soft is made to work with manual transmission ?
