Any def for 8E0909518AQ

Does anybody have damos for ME7.5 in Audi A4 B7? I cant find any similar files which I can transfer maps from.
Why there is so big problem with definitions for those ECUs?
I need maps definitions for basic stage 1 (full stock car).
I attached ori dump.
