I've been wondering this for a while now, but is there a way to underscale the load calculations in the ECU without having to underscale the MAF?

I'm assuming there is since I've seen it done in logs, but it seems like it's a good way to keep the ECU happy in terms of load calculations, but not having to artificially reduce the MAF table

KFLF is a factor for required fuel mass.

KUMSRL is the conversion for airflow to load. This is what you are asking for, but I feel like you are asking for trouble.

No, its only used in GK for fuel mass calculation.

This is why it can be used to work around the ps_w limit.

Probably asking for trouble, but curious that if you were to reduce load through it and obviously correct everything according to load the ECU would be quite happy.  It's probably a lot of work but possibly a nicer way to work around the ls_w limit instead of scaling the MAF

My mistake, I'm an idiot.

As usual, phila is right.

That said, I don't know the side effects of underscaling via KUMSRL, but I don't think it is any different then underscaling via KFHFM or MLHFM.
