any toughts about adding the boot mode flashing/reading to nefmoto software? because it seems that my galleto sucks big time (never buy clones again...)
It would take a lot of work. Boot mode flashing is an entirely different protocol than KWP2000. It has been at the back of my mind for a long time though, so maybe I will be able to do it one day.

take your time man, you already helped a lot with all the work you did! If I had the time/knowledge to help you out, I would gladly help you but my only practical programming background as of now is PLC logic

Is it possible to use Vag K+Can commander 3.6 to disable the IMMO.3 of ME7.5, and use the KWP2000 Plus with ME7-AMT Cartech software to bench flash 29F800BB by bench harness? The clone KWP2000 Plus with ME7-AMT could let me read the tuned file inside 29F800BB. When I start to flash the ECU, ME7-AMT cleared DTC, then the Me7-AMT stopped in "wake up ECU" and stuck there. My car is 2003 VW Sharan 1.8T automatic AWC / ME7.5 06A906032HA

Disabling or "validating" (key, cluster, lock barrel, etc) the immo by any means will allow you to flash on the bench. If you disable the immo, you can flash with KWP-2000, Tony's tool, MPPS, whatever....

The IMMO. 3 is not in my cluster(17-cluster), it is a independent module(25-Immobilizer). So, If I flash the ECU in the car, which fuse of the above two modules should I pull up? Or I do not need to worry about this, the MPPS, NefMoto, and KWP2000 Plus could easily use for flashing the ECU, if they pass through IMMO.3 ?

Not needed to immo off for doing this.
"The clone KWP2000 Plus with ME7-AMT could let me read the tuned file inside 29F800BB. When I start to flash the ECU, ME7-AMT cleared DTC, then the Me7-AMT stopped in "wake up ECU" and stuck there. My car is 2003 VW Sharan 1.8T automatic AWC / ME7.5 06A906032HA"
Use the bench flash cable for it. It shall work. Get that ecu out of the car. Or hook-up bench-flash- harness.

Fig-1 I use KWP2000 Plus clone to read / flash Me7.5 on bench with bench flash harness. Fig-2 That follow the introduction in this forum to build a self-make bench flash harness. Fig-3 I connect Pin-43 for k-line, Pin-1 & 2 for mass(ground), Pin-21 with 2K resistor for Immo., and Pin-2 & 62 for 12V power. And line to ground pin-24 of 29F800BB with 5k resistor as photo shown.
Then I got what I described above. I may have else wrong but I do not know. could anyone advise?

Hi,
It's about time to do that msn-session with me. I've added you to my contact-list to help you out. Keep the ecu's closed. Let's first try the kwp2000+ interface. It worked for me !!!!
Cheergs,
PvL

After testing by introduced by PVL, I have successfully flashed the ME7.5 ECU. There needs a simulation on/off switch in line of Pin-3 to ME7.5 ECU. In writing the ECU, ME7-AMT would wake up ECU twice. There should be a simulation of ignition switch on/off when you see the second time "waking ECU up" information in the screen. Then, you could easily use ME7-AMT to flash the ECU.
