01 awp tt.
Car runs as it should for the most part. Idles good. Daily drives good. No misfires.
Full vacuum at 20hg. I'll get full boost up until about 4k rpm. After that it will drop to 5psi between 5500 and 6000.
I've done a few vcds logs. Timing is alright. It never closes the throttle plate as it will read 100%
I've checked for leaks. I found one aftermarket coupler that was dry rotted a little bit. Replaced it and it's no different.
I've clamped the vav/boost source for the n75 and no difference.
I've clamped the wastegate feed from n75. No difference.
I've clamped the feed to my diverter valve and no difference.
I can move the wastegate by hand maybe 2-5 mm so I went and jammed a screw driver in there and it's still the same.

What can I be missing?  Has no vac leaks. Will pull 22hg on deceleration.

Logs?

Sounds like clogged cats, overly restrictive intake, clogged IC, or bad turbo :/

Or possibly in intake hose is collapsing?

I'll try to post logs left laptop at garage.

I have no cat.  3.5 inch open downpipe.
I haven't checked the intercooler yet.
No air filter. Doubt my intake is collapsing. I don't have stock one.

More ideas??

Did you check the compressor map? Perhaps your turbo can't pump any more and is out of its efficiency range.

I had a lot of problens with inlet collapsing, even some with good brands (SAMCO, AUTOBAHM, FORGE) becasue they were a little bend next turbo intake..and some was bad clone china crap buyed at Aliexpress

recheck it, take out MAF and filter and make a pull if you reach some bigger pressure - even minor efects (I would see g/s too) it can indicate that is closing at any air flow

I'll remove the intake completely and run without the maf to test that theory.
I know this turbo used to peak at 25 and redline at 16 or so.  And 5psi is just depressing.

5 psi is a limp mode. But this is not limp mode.  My experience with limp mode on this car is once it goes into limp mode I'll have to clear codes to get normal boost back. I can't start over from a stop and have 20 psi till 4300 ish.   At least the turbo I'd replace it with isn't too much I guess.

Plus the logs showed 100%
Not 25-30 like when in limp mode.
