Hard to tell without looking at it.  Does it just crank and crank (~15 seconds) but never start when engine hot, do you hear it 'trying' (some cylinders firing)?

What I'd do is this:

First I'd start it cold and take a look at fuel trim corrections (engine group 32 33) these should be +/- 5 or so, if its a high number you may have a vacuum leak somewhere.

While I was starting it I'd log injector times and ignition timing and compare between cold start and hot start and see if there's any big difference.

I'd also unplug all spark plug wires and plug them back in, making sure they all have a good connection.

If all of that didn't help it I'd pull the spark plugs and either clean/gap them or replace them if it's been a while.

Hope that helps some and good luck!

When its hot and not starting check on a live data stream for a rpm signal while cranking. This is essentially testing your crank position sensor. Also could be a fuel trim issue having to do with running in closed loop and when open loop comes along it craps out
