Hi guys, want to immo of this TT BAM ecu. 8n0906018h
I have had a read of some immo off threads and am still a bit unsure of what to do. Would someone mind showing me using the pic or file attached which two values I change to 02, and which values to decrease by 1 for checksum?
Thanks

What you have there is the ram mirror of the eeprom. That program won't work correctly, and you can't use that file to write direct to the eeprom as it's missing the backup pages.

Anyway first and second lines:

05 01 01--->05 01 02
05 01 01--->05 01 02

Do a full read with argdubs tool (me7_95040) and use that to immo off.

Thanks for reply.
Trying to use vag commander to do it, as was under the impression I could. Could I get a full read by changing the eeprom start address and length? See pic attached.
Thanks

Just use argbuds' tool, vag commander is a terrible piece of software and doesn't work half the time anyway.

Ok, thank you for the help. Have used argdubs tool to read. Have changed the values as above. Can someone tell me which ones I change now to correct checksums?
Thanks

1e1f, 2e2f, as on the immo info thread. Or use 95040 tool to set the checksums.

From Original 95040 dump, do :

12 and 22 + 1

1E and 2E - 1
