I have the newer style FSI injectors from a 2013 RS4 Avant that I am installing into my 2008 2.0L A4 FSI. However I cannot find the injector constant for these newer style injectors, part number 079 906 036N.

I will be installing them next month. So I will start with the old value that Fotis first posted a couple years back, then set my adjustment map to 1.001 everywhere, and adjust the constant until the trims are +-2%. I will post the results back here when done.
I will start with KRKATE for RS4 in 2.0TFSi engine = 0.02361ms/%

Are you even sure that they will fit?
And why would you mount a set of injectors that you do not know the size of? They might even be smaller than the ones you have now.

The are listed as a replacement for a previous revision of the injector, so they "should" be the same or close. Honestly I am doing it just to try and see if one of the newer multi hole injectors will work in the B7 A4 and see if they make a difference (if any at all). I just enjoy the experimentation side of working on my car. If they are crap, then I will throw them in the spare parts bin. If for some reason they work great, then we will the know the option exists.

They fit and run great The injector constant is 0.025990. Depending on how you adjust your other fuel trims, the constant may be a little different. But they work great and did not require messing with the lag, timing, or anything else that the old RS4 injectors require you to do Good stuff all around. epy

Very nice that it worked out for you!
Looking at the injector constant it seems that they are larger than the S3 injectors that many people use if lag, timing and nothing else is changed.
How much did you pay for them in Germany and where did you order?

What was the benefit overall? Do you have less fuel consumption? Are you able to run more timing? Less misfires @ idle?

I just wanted bigger injectors than the S3 as I was running out of fuel up top, but I didn't like the idea of running the single hole RS4 injectors. So I thought I would try them out. They run great with a constant of 0.025990, and you can adjust that if you make changes elsewhere. This is just the constant I am currently running with my MAF and throttle plate angle settings. I have it dialed in so that all those together are running great and I have fuel enough for the low 30's psi I replaced my throttle body with a larger version and have been adjusting my alpha-n at the same time, so I do not know if this is caused by the injectors. But I do have a little delay in the cold starts. It is like 2 seconds of pause before it fires up. Other than that, they run fine and give me plenty of fuel for quite a lot of air flow. I am going to try to start playing with the injector angle/latency to see if I can get rid of the cold start delay. It is already almost not noticable, but I would like them to be perfect if possible. epy

Thanks for the explanation. What map(s) are you adjusting to accommodate the larger throttle body?

Just in case someone searched and finds this thread but wants more info. These run great once warm (no smoke at all, great throttle, etc.) But the cold start takes a couple of seconds. Nothing too bad, but it can be made better. So there is more info on how to fine tune these at the following thread. http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=8419.15
