Aside from knock voltage (absolute values), is there another parameter or algorithm that 'interprets' the knock sensor output to determine timing pull?
I have seen timing pull (3k rpm when boost arrives) at very low knock values.
Does the ECU 'filter' the knock voltage and compare with crank position, cam position, rpm or secondary 'frequencies' in the knock voltage?
What other parameters should I look at to determine the cause of the low rpm timing pull?

All of the above and then some.

What parameter (s) should I log for 'torque intervention'? How are the parameters called?
