Maybe I'm wrong, but if it has narrowband O2, it will try to set AFR to 14.7 and I dont think 14.7 is ok for E85.

This is the worst advice I've ever heard.

This is not a B6, it has a rising rate FPR. 550's are fine, 60lb are perfect. Who wants single tip firehose shit ass 1000cc injectors? Noone. Noone wants them.

I ran E85 on my AWW w/stock turbo.  The 850s saw almost 65%idc, which is borderline maxed out with something smaller as suggested before.

That being said, my experience is limited to USRT 1000s and I can assure those will work well.

65% at 3bar or 4bar ? I am I fan of all things usrt but I don't have any info or logs from people running 1000cc on a stock turbo and corn. Not saying its doesn't run great because I don't have the knowledge or first hand experience to say other wise but I wouldn't know where to start with those injectors.

yea 1000's would  be overkill. I switched my car to E85 on the stockers so I could get a great idea of what size injectors I'll eventually need. I've got it pinned at 90% IDC from 3k-redline. Around 75 LDRXN at redline  Cool haha. I guess what I'm saying is that was my version of a 'base map' so now when I buy mods I won't be tuning E85 + mods I'll just be tuning mods. Something in the 650cc range would be perfect IMO.

I read your thread and subscribed to it. Ya I figured 550's and 4 bar should be about right will be putting out almost exactly the same as 630's at 3bar and that is what a lot of people running a ko3 or ko4 use.

Lucky man, it will be easier !

First, change the injectors, modify KRKTE / TVUB / FKKVS and log to check; Fuel trims sould be near 0%;

When fueling is ok, then you can add boost. Be careful with high boost with E85, think about your rods !

Because E85 burns slower than gasoline it puts less stress on your rods.

With the same boost and timing adjust, you will have way more torque with E85 than with 93 octane; So, starting with 1,2bar is a good idea (vs 1,45BAR);

More, if you tune past MBT, it's dangerous for rods too;

550's with 4B FPR is good;
