APR mapped ECU to another car? How??
« on: December 06, 2014, 07:19:18 AM »
I have an ECU that has been mapped by APR to "stage 2 plus" I have crashed my car and have bought another and would like to swap all the mods and ECU to my new one. Can i get the ECU immo defeated and it will work ok? No lights on dash etc? I guess APR will be locked to the VIN so wont be able to swap over by coding them? Any help much appreciated...

There is a program on this very forum for defeating the immobilizer on MED9. As for reading it, get a cheap BDM interface on ebay.
